For years, I’ve wanted to raise awareness about the simple but powerful act of leaving fresh water out for wildlife—ever since I read a heartfelt plea from a hedgehog rescuer urging people to help their prickly pals stay hydrated. I’ve always had a birdfeeder or two (and the occasional birdbath), but I never realized how important it is to leave a low, shallow dish on the ground for critters who can’t reach those high feeders. Then I learned about how vital water is for pollinators, insects, and even hummingbirds!So, here it is—the result of my little obsession: a fun & helpful downloadable mini poster to remind us all to leave water out, whether you have a sprawling yard or just a cozy balcony. How to Download the Poster:
On your phone: Tap and hold on the poster image (on iPhone, make sure you’re pressing on a part of the image without text). A menu will pop up—just select “Save Image.”
On your computer: Hover your mouse over the poster, right-click, and choose “Save image as…” to download. 😊
