Each giclée print is printed with the utmost attention to detail on premium archival fine art paper (300gsm) with pigment inks which are rich and vibrant.  This print will not fade or discolor, and will last a lifetime.

  • Beautifully rich reproduction of my original pen & ink/watercolor drawing.  
  • Print size: 8.5" x11".
  • Archival for 100+ years. 
  • Frame is NOT included with print.

U.S.  SHIPPING RATES:

My shipping rates are weight-based & taken directly from UPS & USPS price charts. I ship as economically as possible from my studio in Virginia with the exception of my Organic Collection which is printed/shipped by my eco-powerhouse global partner Teemill. They ship quickly from the US & Europe depending upon your location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:

"Amy's Boutique" orders (orders shipped by me from my Virginia studio) ALWAYS ship with an awesome free gift! I'm sorry shipping is expensive—I charge customers what the carriers charge me and rates are always increasing. Here is a tip!  8oz up to 2lbs is the SAME shipping cost (around $25 USD).

Orders under 8oz are about $15 USD to ship. This includes keychains, mini calendar, cards, coaster sets, prints. 

Most parcels take 7-14 business days to arrive, but some packages can take 21+ during the busy holiday season.  Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal carrier and Customs handle your package. Customs sometimes can delay your package, but most parcels get through to you quickly!

International customers are responsible for any Taxes and Import Duties.  In my experience, most parcels arrive at your doorstep without any duties or fees required.

I'm very choosy about the vendors I manufacture with—I'm a stickler for quality. I don't always get it right, but I try. If you ever have an issue with something, let me know. I want you to be  happy with your purchase.

Most everything is thoughtfully produced in-house by ethical companies. My keychains are made in Ohio; Stickers are printed in Colorado; Calendars & cards are printed by a family-owned company in Missouri; Handbags & pillows are made by artisans in Canada.

You never offer FREE shipping and your overseas shipping is astrinomical!
I am a small business that donates a portion of my profits to animal rescue, so it is hard for me to offer reduced shipping rates and free shipping like many big box stores.

The quickest and easiest way to get the EXACT shipping cost for your order is to add items to your cart, and begin the checkout process - there you will be able to enter your address, and find out exact shipping costs before you finalize and pay for your order.

What Size should I Get?
Every garment on my shop has a Size Chart, so please compare this with a favorite t-shirt/sweatshirt. I carry mostly Unisex, but sometimes have Women's and Plus sizes, so you should hopefully be able to find a good fit!

 When & How Will My Order Ship?
  • Orders are packed with care and shipped out as quickly as possible.
  • After you place your order it takes me 3-7 business days to process your order, but often items will ship more quickly. "Amy's Boutique" items are pack/shipped by me!
  • Need your order faster for a special occasion? I'm usually able to ship out "Amy's Boutique" items the same day. Please email: amy@redandhowling.com  and I will try to accommodate you☺️.
  • I sometimes reuse shipping boxes that are clean and sturdy, to reduce waste.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
I want you to be happy, so please email me with any issues. You may exchange any unworn/unused item within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is flawed/damaged. Please contact  Amy@RedandHowling.com

Find a Missing Package That Shows As "Delivered":
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it:

Before contacting Red & Howling Shop, please:
  • Verify that the shipping address is correct (check the order confirmation email from my shop)
  • Look around the delivery location for your package (R&H customers have found packages under a bench, in a bush, with a neighbor, etc.)
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Find out if someone else (neighbor / roommate/ other household member) may have accepted the delivery
  • Ask your carrier about the missing package
  • Wait at least 72 hours - in some cases packages may register as “delivered” 3 or more business days prior to arrival! Online systems don't always show details in real time
