Don't See a Favorite Piece of Artwork?
Looking for a piece of my art that isn't available in my shop?  Let me know, and I may make it available as a print, a greeting card, etc.
My Order/Shipping:
• I reuse boxes, so don't be surprised if your order comes in a Free People or BarkBox box.  I only ship in sturdy, clean boxes.  And I'm wicked good at packing orders.  I frequently send free gifts with larger orders because I love to spread happiness!
• I'm a one person operation (sometimes "two" when I can convince my busy composer/musician hubby to jump in and help), so please understand that I don't ship as fast as Amazon.  After you place your order it takes 2-3 days on my end to process your order.
• Need your order faster for a special occasion?  Please email: amy@redandhowling.com  and I will try to accommodate you (expedited shipping costs will apply).
 
International Orders:
Orders ship US Postal Service.  Most take 7-10 days to arrive, but some packages can take 14+.  It all depends on your Customs department.
• International customers are responsible for any VAT or import duties & fees.  In my experience, most packages arrive at your doorstep without any duties or fees required.
• I'm sorry, I don't ship to the following places because of the unreliable postal systems (I'm so sorry): India, Argentina, Morocco, and Mexico.   

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
I want you to be happy, so please email me with any issues. Returns and refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.
