"Is it safe / secure to shop on your site?" 
I care about your safety—my Red & Howling shop is equipped with the latest security technology available, so please know that you can shop safely.  How can you tell?  Look at the URL in the address bar and notice that it begins with "HTTPS://" and NOT simply "HTTP://".  The "S" lets you know that you have established a secure connection.  You should also see a little picture of a lock beside the URL (this depends on the browser you are using).  If you see the lock, click on it and you can get more info about the security encryption on my shop.

When & How Will My Order Ship?:
• I sometimes reuse shipping boxes that are clean and sturdy, to reduce waste.
• Orders are packed with love and care by me! 
• I'm a one person operation (sometimes "two" when I can convince my busy composer/musician hubby to jump in and help), so please understand that I don't ship as fast as Amazon.  After you place your order it can take 2-3 days on my end to process your order, but I often ship more quickly.

"Do you ship to X, and how much will it cost if I buy X?" 
I ship to most countries and locales all around the world, and shipping charges are calculated by weight and distance from Los Angeles.  The quickest and easiest way to get the EXACT shipping cost for your order is to add items to your cart, and begin the checkout process - there you will be able to enter your address, and find out exact shipping costs before you finalize and pay for your order.  You can then easily add, remove or replace items in your cart to see how your shipping costs are affected. (You can also refer to the shipping cost charts below)
International Orders:
To offset shipping costs, ALL international orders ship with gifts—tiny prints (not available on my shop), stickers, and pins, etc.  You will not be disappointed.
I ship all over the world! Orders ship US Postal Service.  Most take 7-14 business days to arrive, but some packages can take 14+.  Once your package arrives in your country, your postal carrier and Customs handle your package. Customs sometimes can delay a package, but most go through quickly.
• International customers are responsible for any VAT or import duties & fees.  In my experience, most packages arrive at your doorstep without any duties or fees required. 
NEW! International Shipping Rates:
US Post Office has a new International rule.  ALL commercial goods are required to ship as a "package".  What does this mean?  NO more inexpensive "letter" rate shipping.  Again, ALL commercial goods (items purchased from my shop) are required to ship at a "package" rate.  Commercial rates are different from Personal/Gift shipping rates.

Even small, light items like stickers and prints ship as a "Commercial Package". 

1oz- 8oz is one shipping rate, so whether you buy 1 sticker or 10 stickers, you will be charged the same shipping.  This also applies to prints, if you purchase 1 print or 3 prints, the cost will be the same in shipping.
Please keep in mind, these are NOT my rules, these are the US Post Office rules.  I hear from frustrated customers about the high shipping costs.  And I often charge my customers LESS than what I actually pay for shipping.  
SHIPPING RATES (Not all countries are displayed, but I ship to MOST countries):
I want you to be happy, so please email me with any issues. Returns and refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.  
Any return / exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt - we will be unable to accommodate requests made after this period.

T-SHIRT Returns:
  • I'm sorry, but I do not offer exchanges at this time.  You can return t-shirts for a refund, and a new order may be placed for a different size.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Red & Howling only accepts returns of unused/unworn clothing items.  Washed or worn items will not be refunded.
  • Please enclose: Name/order number with your return.  
  • Items can easily get damaged and mishandled in transit, so please be sure to ship items back well-packed. Thank you.
Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it:

Before contacting Red & Howling Shop, please:
  • Verify that the shipping address is correct (check the order confirmation email from my shop)
  • Look around the delivery location for your package (R&H customers have found packages under a bench, in a bush, with a neighbor, etc.)
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Find out if someone else (neighbor / roommate/ other household member) may have accepted the delivery
  • Ask your carrier about the missing package
  • Wait at least 36 hours - in some cases packages may register as “delivered” 3 or more business days prior to arrival! Online systems don't always show details in real time
